For your meat;
Chop your lamb meat cubed.
Put your meat in light flour, if it is too much, remove it from the excess flour by passing through a strainer.
Put your pot in the stove and add sunflower oil and heat it.
Then add your meat and sauté for 10 minutes and set aside.
Add butter into the same pot and melt.
Add onion chopped onions and sauté until soft.
Add the finely chopped garlic and continue sautéing.
Add the tomato paste and mix until it smells.
Add all the vegetables you diced into your pot and mix a few turns.
Add the peas and continue cooking.
Chop your tomatoes in cubes and add them to your pot.
Add meat, salt, pepper, water and bay leaf and close the lid of your pan.
After boiling on medium heat until boiling, 45-50 minutes on low heat. Cook.
